Our approach to fees

At Growth and Airway, the cost of your care is explained clearly before any treatment begins. There are no hidden charges, no unexpected invoices mid-way through a plan, and no pressure to proceed before you feel ready.

Every fee reflects the time, assessment, and clinical thinking that goes into your care, whether you are a parent seeking help for a child or an adult working through years of jaw pain, disrupted sleep, or breathing difficulties.

Consultation fee

An initial consultation covers a thorough review of your concerns, a clinical examination, and, where appropriate, a review of any relevant imaging or records you bring with you. The consultation fee is £[to confirm], and that time is yours entirely.

You will leave with a clearer picture of what may be contributing to your symptoms and what a structured assessment pathway could look like.

Treatment fees

Treatment at Growth and Airway is not a single, fixed-cost process. Every care plan is shaped around the individual, so fees will vary depending on the nature and complexity of what is being addressed. As a general guide:

  • Appliance therapy, including airway-focused orthodontic appliancesfrom £[X]
  • Myofunctional therapy programmesfrom £[X]
  • Combined adult treatment pathways (bite assessment, appliance work, breathing therapy)£[X]–£[X]
  • Paediatric orthodontic and airway programmesfrom £[X]

A full breakdown of your recommended plan will be provided in writing before any treatment is confirmed.

Finance options

Spreading the cost of care is possible through our in-house payment plan, which allows fees to be divided across monthly instalments with no arrangement fee. For longer or more complex treatment plans, third-party finance through [provider to confirm] can be an option, subject to eligibility.

Details of both routes are available at your consultation, and there is no obligation to decide on the day.

Common questions

Questions about fees

A few of the ones we hear most. The full list answers more across every topic.

How much does treatment cost?+

Fees depend on the type of assessment or treatment required. We will provide a clear breakdown of costs following your initial consultation, so there are no surprises. We are happy to discuss fee structures before you book if that would help you plan.

How long does treatment take?+

Treatment duration varies considerably depending on the patient's age, the conditions being addressed, and the combination of therapies involved. Childhood cases with straightforward structural concerns may resolve over twelve to twenty-four months. Adult cases involving TMJ dysfunction, sleep concerns, and layered structural issues can take longer. We will give you a realistic picture at your assessment.

Do I need a referral to book an appointment?+

No referral is needed. You can contact us directly to arrange an initial assessment for yourself or your child.
